We made an appointment with Son, our salesman, for a Saturday morning. My wife and I were undecided between a Jaguar and a Range Rover so Son had both vehicles ready for us when we arrived at the dealership to look them over and go for a test drive. He was super calm and very informative the entire time. Not once did we ever feel any pressure to buy a vehicle. I liked the Jaguar and my wife was leaning towards the Range Rover, so obviously “we” decided on the Range Rover. We had left for lunch before signing and by the time we got back Son had everything ready for us. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. Then we went upstairs to do the boring paperwork, and met one of the nicest people in the world; Preet. She actually made the boring paperwork seem exciting by engaging in interesting conversation about anything and everything. We came back a few days later to pick up the vehicle and we were greeted again by Son. He introduced us to Nelson who was eager to show us how to use our new vehicle. He explained everything from what app to download to how to set the cruise control. He is a super smart young man and very friendly. All in all, it was an absolutely great buying experience from the time I booked the appointment to the time we drove off the lot. I will definately be bringing my business back there and would recommend to everybody else to go check it out. Even if you’re not buying anything, you should still walk in there to see what a buying experience should be like. -Ryan Bulmer
