I recently brought my XF in for service to JLR Edmonton for the first time recently. I was a little skeptical as my experience with other dealers in the past was not what I had hoped for. I am writing this review as the outcome I experienced was "stellar" Mike in service was terrific! He was Prompt, professional, courteous & down to earth. He even informed me of coverage that I was unaware of. My car was serviced with repairs completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend JLR Edmonton as a dealer of choice. We had a great experience buying our F-Pace at Jaguar Edmonton! The moment we walked in the door we were treated with kindness and respect. 'Texas' Ben Plumlee looked after us all the way. He spent the time to ask what are needs are and found the F-Pace that we were dreaming of. They trusted us to take it for a test drive, solo, as long as we wanted or needed to. We even came back a week later and took it for a weekend before we knew we had to purchase it. However, we did have an issue when we picked up the vehicle, but that was quickly and professionally address a few days later and now we are very satisfied. Thank you so much Ben and everyone at Jag Edmonton for treating us like royalty at every step of the way and for looking after us so well. My experience with Jaguar Range Rover was outstanding. Right when we walked in the door we were greeted by our wonderful sales guy Son Ta. Not only did he show us around he took my husband in one of their show cars. My husband loved it so much that he bought it..lets just say they exceeded our expectation and that vehicle was in our garage the next day. They did all the paper work for us and delivered our car with ease. We had such a positive experience with Son that we also bought a Range from him as well....Son is so personable and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. He is also very straight forward and honest....looking forward to buying our son a car from him when he reaches of age. Thank you for such an amazing experience Son and Jaguar Land Rover. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and services we receive on both of our vehicles.

After 30 years of driving eight different cars I have purchased my dream car, a Jaguar F-type S from JLR Edmonton. In my experience it is a great example of what good customer service should be starting from the reception to rolling out the car. At the reception they engaged quickly and I was shown immediately to Tom Buchanan, Master Sales Guide ( Tom was very knowledgeable about the cars on the floor, polite, courteous, professional, no-pressure type of person. After asking a few questions about my needs he immediately showed me a car, thoroughly explained the features, discussed the advantages, made comparisons to other models, and provided a very informative summary. They have a large selection of cars and we found what I was looking for (racing red exterior, black interior) in no time. During the test drive Tom continued his informative explanation about driving a car like this (e.g., handling, acceleration, cornering). Upon return to the dealership we have made deal in less then one hour from me walking into the dealership. I have received a significant discount for switching from a different car manufacturer and also got some extras (e.g., car cover, floor mats). At the pick up time I was thoroughly taken through all the features and I was thoroughly explained all the functions. Tom was extremely helpful in setting up my Jaguar Remote account, etc. Summer Elkadri, Finance Director ( was similarly professional and helpful. She clearly explained the service agreement and the advantages of getting ptotection (e.g., warranty, 3M auto-guard, door dings, exterior scratches, interior tears, rim damage). Both Tom and Summer have joined me in the happiness I felt when picking up the car. We even took some pictures. Tom continues to follow-up with me about the driving experience and answer any questions I may have. He said to me "When you buy a car from JLR you also have me." The JLR facilities (1707 - 111 Avenue, Edmonton) are wonderful. Spacious, bright, clean, well maintained. They also have an excellent, easy to use website ( In my opinion the JLR staff went the extra mile to make this the most wonderful car buying experience in my life. I would strongly recommend this outfit to anyone interested in luxury cars that comes with excellence in service. Thank you JLR Edmonton!

Can't afford a new Jag but was able to get a gently used car from them.
What was incredible was that I was treated like I was buying a new 100K Jag. 
Brian and Chad were great to deal with and everything went so smoothly. Brian followed up to make sure everything was good.
